Mr. Benjamin Ong Chin Yee has been Chief Operating Officer for one of the top five developer companies in Malaysia, Mah Sing Group Bhd, since 2018. Before that, he was the Profit Center Manager and the Senior General Manager of Mah Sing. He started his professional career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in Davis Langdon & Seah for 8 years before venturing into the property development industry in 2008. Since then, he has been successfully developing projects and acquisitions across Greater China and South East Asia, cover a wide range of asset classes from commercial, industrial and residential properties.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Quantity Surveying from University of Reading, UK and Masters in Business Administration from University of Strathclyde Business School (UK). He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a part of the Engineering Council of International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC).
Sue Chi is the Supply Chain Management & Procurement Lead for South Asia within JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management team. She works closely with the Senior Executive leadership of IFM to ensure procurement strategies align with firm’s wider business strategy. She develops and executes governance frameworks to control and govern procurement & contract management activities performed by account teams. In her role, Sue Chi also collaborates with account teams to ensure compliance with key procurement strategies and standards and participates in pricing exercises in line with new business tenders to understand client’s requirements. She currently leads a team over 10 managers in South Asia to develop regional sourcing plan and savings initiatives, champion compliance and execute multi-accounts tenders in support of stakeholder’s expectations. Sue Chi is a critical driving force in leading the Procurement team to drive corporate agreements negotiations with annual vendor spend in excess of USD 150million, resulting in significant dollar savings to our clients.
She brings with her extensive experience and strong background in vendor management, contract management and strategic sourcing regionally and locally. She is also adaptable to matrix organizations, cross-functional teams and adept in stakeholder management. Sue Chi is an excellent communicator with proven leadership in building and maintaining strong cross-cultural business relationships, and in collaborating with high-profile international clients. On top of her current role, Sue Chi continues to hold the executive ownership of Regional Procurement Transition. She has been leading the Regional Procurement Transition team since year 2015 and continues to be involved in various country-based and global led transition projects, achieving cost savings on vendor spend for clients at the Transition phase. She also ensured successful vendor engagements and commencements during Go-Live.

Mr. Donald Conning is an architect with over 27 years of experience in Asia Pacific, with a focus in architecture, master planning, and interior design. He has extensive knowledge of various practice areas through leading complex projects across all work stages, achieving the successful completion and delivery of many high profile and internationally recognized work.
Based in Singapore since 2015, Don manages the daily operations of Gensler Singapore and Bangkok offices as the managing director, with Singapore office serving the Asia Pacific region as Gensler’s latest regional hub office. Besides the management role, Don often assumes an oversight role on projects, to ensure the quality of the delivery and to maintain key client relationships.
Based in Vietnam between 2007 and 2012, Don implemented a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial office buildings, mixed-use, hospitality, resort, retail, and education projects throughout Vietnam and Cambodia. Prior to 2007, Don performed as a lead architect role on many high-profile projects in Hong Kong, interfacing with many international and Asia Pacific developers, consultants and contractors.
